At the house of MBOIS NEGOCEWe have structured our logistics to meet the needs of both construction professionals and individuals. Thanks to our transport partners specializing in wood and heavy loads, we guarantee safe and fast delivery.
Local & Regional Scope
We deliver directly within a 100 km radius of our main depot located at Bourg Achard (Eure - 27)This covers a large part of Normandy (Seine-Maritime, Eure, Calvados).
National Delivery
For the rest of metropolitan France, we work with national carriers equipped to transport heavy pallets (5 to 7 working days depending on the destination).
Unloading methods
Wood is a heavy and bulky material. Choosing the right type of truck is crucial for the smooth running of your delivery:
Standard truck with tailgate
Recommended for terrace orders or small parcels. Unloading is done using a pallet jack on the ground (parcel length limit of approximately 2.40m).
Crane Truck or Onboard Forklift
Essential for heavy, long packages (such as our 3m to 5m beams or roof trusses). Allows you to deliver the wood directly to your property or construction site.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postal code and the weight of your basket.
Can I collect my order from the depot?
Yes, in-store pickup ("Click & Collect") at the Bourg Achard warehouse is free. Select this option when validating your basket.
What happens if access to my construction site is difficult?
You must inform us of any potential access difficulties (roads prohibited to heavy goods vehicles, narrow lanes) so that we can adapt the delivery vehicle.
